With Metro Manila becoming more congested than ever, most city dwellers dream about moving to the beach, near vast farms, or—really— anywhere where you can wake up to fresh air. Panglao Shores, a P25-billion mixeduse project, hopes to be one of the top options for people moving or returning to the island of Bohol. It has a 10-year timeline with its first international hotel expected to open in the first quarter of 2024. EPA is tasked with the public space areas for the resort.
