Enter Projects Asia took its cue from the patterns baristas create on a caffe latte, making a direct reference to the client.
Family-owned Primo had been roasting its own blends for three generations. “We interpreted the everyday, familiar coffee swirl pattern and transformed it into a fully functioning venue,” Patrick Keane explains.
To achieve this, EPA digitally fabricated a complex geometry in local hardwoods. These installations appeared as three-dimensional artwork, twirling into large circulations of rounded and abstract movement. The result: a seemingly seamless piece of furling wood veneer.
